Natalie is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Coach with over 15+ years of experience dedicated to helping you heal your relationship with food and body image. She utilizes a weight-inclusive approach to empower clients to ditch diet culture, cultivate self-compassion, and work towards freedom of chronic dieting and disordered eating. Natalie feels most comfortable working with clients who are struggling with disordered eating patterns, eating disorders, pregnant & postpartum women, pediatric nutrition, and management of chronic illnesses.

Abby Jones helps women and children get to the root of their chronic symptoms to restore health and vitality to their mind, body and spirit. Abby has a school counseling degree, is trained in Nutritional Therapy, Hair and Tissue Mineral Analysis, Muscle Testing, and Reiki bringing a well-rounded, holistic framework to your healing journey. Utilizing a “food first” approach, she collaborates with clients to identify the root cause, rebuilding optimal health and vitality through nutrition, lifestyle, and at times supplementation specific to your body’s needs.
Abby has lived experience advocating for herself and her children’s healing journeys having dealt with the complicated implications of Lyme’s disease and identifying a secondary autoimmune disorder in one of her children after observing developmental and behavioral changes. Abby is passionate about root cause healing and helping others reclaim their wellbeing.

Bri Jurss is a registered dietician with a passion for helping people break free from food restriction, guilt, and dieting. Located in Port Washington, Wisconsin, Simplistic Nutrition offers simple, mindful, personalized care both virtually and in-person for persons wanting to have a better relationship with food.
Having survived her own eating disorder as a teenager, Bri specializes in providing care for eating disorder recovery. She understands how challenging, scary, and frustrating eating disorders can be can be and it is her mission to help you recover and live the beautiful, thriving life that you were meant to!
