“Art speaks where words are unable to explain” -Pam Holland
Hi, I’m Autumn! I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, heard, understood, and supported. Life can be challenging, and we all need help sometimes. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or navigating major life transitions, I am here to walk alongside you. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, gain insight, and build confidence in who you are by using your inner strengths. I strive to create a warm, open, and nonjudgemental space where you can safely explore your emotions, express your thoughts, and take meaningful steps toward change.

My Approach
As an art therapist and counselor, I bring creativity into the therapy process, offering alternative ways to explore your thoughts and emotions beyond just talking. You don’t need to be an artist—just open to discovering new ways to express yourself.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Throughout my time as a therapist, I have worked with all ages. The core of my approach is person-centered – meaning I meet you where you are and adjust therapy to your needs. I encourage client-led exploration while also being prepared with structured interventions when guidance is helpful.
My approach is also integrative, drawing from parts work (Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, existentialism therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
Parts Work – I help clients explore their inner world, getting to know the different parts and voices that shape their experiences—the protective parts, the vulnerable parts, and the parts that feel stuck. By building self-awareness and compassion, we work toward inner balance and healing.
Psychodynamic & Existential Therapy – Together, we explore how past experiences, relational patterns, and life’s deeper questions shape your present struggles, helping you gain insight and create meaningful change.
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – We work toward recognizing unhelpful thought patterns, developing healthier ways of thinking, regulating emotions, and building confidence. With children and teens, I use a structured yet creative approach to make these skills engaging and developmentally appropriate.
I became an art therapist because I’ve always been drawn to the transformative power of creativity and its ability to help us process emotions, build self-understanding, and cultivate healing. Art has been a constant in my life, and I’ve seen how it can encourage self-expression, personal growth, and resilience.
I love working with creative individuals who feel stuck in negative self-talk, are navigating challenging experiences, or are uncertain about their identity, as well as children and teens facing emotional challenges and life transitions.
If you’re ready to begin your journey, I’d love to walk alongside you. Reach out to schedule a complimentary consultation, and let’s explore together.
