Art therapy is an amazing way to express, release, and transform your story. For some of us, it is the only way we truly feel seen and heard. You don’t have to be a creative or have any art skills to benefit from art therapy. Art therapy is accessible to all and is less about what you make and more about what is happening in your mind and body as you are creating.
The process of art therapy allows for exploration and experimentation in a safe setting. It allows us to know ourselves better, reconnecting to and deepening our insight. At times, it can even help us understand those around us with greater empathy.
All art materials are supplied although you are welcome to bring your own as well!
