Maybe you are working through a life transition and need someone to help you process all the changes in your life. Maybe you are grieving a loved one, a broken relationship, or career you loved. Maybe you are realizing the life you’ve created, isn’t authentic and fulfilling, but you don’t know how or where to start making changes.

Often times life transitions are some of the most difficult times of our lives. However, they can be the most influential and impactful periods of growth and healing. I will work with you to ensure you are maintaining a healthy lifestyle and coping effectively with the stormy emotions that accompany transition.

Using a variety of traditional and modern talk therapy approaches I will help guide you through whatever it is you are needing support with. I will help you tune into yourself and your intuition, helping you to find clarity and peace with your path.

Sometimes things happen to us that change the trajectory of our lives forever. Sometimes things happen to us that change how we perceive ourselves and the world. Sometimes things happen to us that never should have happened to us. And sometimes, no one believes us.

Trauma is acute, complex, chronic. There is no one way to heal from trauma. There are many approaches to trauma therapy and I have undergone extensive training and continue to educate myself regularly regarding trauma-informed-conscious-aware practices.

Because trauma pervades our whole being, I use a holistic approach that incorporates art therapy (somatic and emotion-focused), CBT, and lifestyle to personalize an integrative approach to healing.

Trauma therapy occurs in stages and progresses at client’s preferred pace. I will never rush you or take your power away. I will guide you to the innate knowing and healing power you already possess inside you.
